100 Flatbush is a 40-story, 376,497 GSF residential apartment rental building with a total of 257 units located at the intersection of Flatbush Avenue, State Street, and Schermerhorn Street in Brooklyn, New York. The development is a mixed-use all-electric high-rise building with two stories of retail space, nine stories of commercial office space and 29 stories for the residential tower. The development contains a mixture of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residential units. Amenities include a shared fitness center, conference space, café, dog-wash, library lounge/workspace on the 12th floor, bicycle storage, and rooftop lounge with a demonstration kitchen and barbecue grills for the residents. The project also includes primary and secondary schools with retail components constructed adjacent to the project that are developed for the city’s Educational Construction Fund. The schools are the first passive house school developed in the city.
