The project consists of the new ground-up development of an Aloft Hotel and an Element Hotel adjacent to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in the Seaport neighborhood. The dual-brand hotels are built on a 3.1-acre site leased from the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority. The Aloft hotel comprises 330 keys across 199,411 gross square feet, including over 12,000 square feet of function space. The Element hotel comprises 180 keys across 115,051 gross square feet, including 2 small meeting rooms. The ground floors of each hotel contain a retail component totaling over 16,000 square feet across both hotels.
