The Buckeye Phase I development is located at the intersection of Perryville Road and McDowell Road in Buckeye, Arizona. The overall site is approximately 168 acres which will be split into 4 parcels. Phase 1 is approximately 91 acres with Building 1 at 1,055,016 sf and Building 2 at 421,576 sf. Phase 1 development also includes onsite and offsite work for both Phase 1 and Phase 2. The offsite work includes an offsite water storage tank, associated pump station, street improvements, electrical infrastructure work, and a regional drainage solution for the site and neighboring developments. Onsite work includes mass grading, retention areas, driveways and parking areas, sidewalks, and landscaping. Each building will consist of shallow foundations with footings and slab-on-grade, steel columns, concrete panel walls, steel joists, and hybrid roof deck system with fully adhered TPO roofing.
