Polizzotto Development is providing project management and advisory services for the Catalyst project in downtown Houston, TX. The new development consists of a 28-story high-rise multifamily development with 361 residential units, 7,700 square feet of commercial space, and an 8-story structured parking garage for 552 vehicles. A 5-story low-rise building will wrap the garage, comprising 89 of the 361 total units. Amenities include an exercise terrace, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor dog run, meeting rooms, and lounges. Units feature high-end finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private balconies and terraces.
