The existing student housing development is divided into two phases which include 627 units (1,842 beds). Phase I consists of 307 units (928 beds) divided into 3 buildings. Buildings 1 and 2 contain 52,261 sf of retail space on the first floor. Buildings 1 and 3 each have an 8-tier above-grade open parking garage which contains 928 residential spaces and 222 retail parking spaces. Phase II consists of 320 units (914 beds) divided into 3 buildings. Building 4 has an 8-tier above-grade parking garage that contains 914 residential parking spaces. The renovation program included a complete makeover of the project’s amenity areas including the gym, pool area, and clubhouse.
