The project is a ground-up Pendry Hotel located in downtown San Diego in the Gaslamp District. The building is a post-tensioned 12-story, 317-key luxury boutique hotel with three levels of subterranean parking. The hotel will feature over 14,000 square feet of meeting and event space and three food and beverage venues. The property will also include a fitness center, spa, and rooftop pool. The property will be managed by Montage Hotels & Resorts.
