Parkline is a 25-story mixed-use building with 189 for-rent residential apartment units, 24 for rent residential penthouse units, 6,100 sf of ground-floor retail and a 72-space parking deck located at the northeast corner of N Wabash Avenue and E Randolph Street in Chicago, Illinois. The development features spacious contemporary studio, 1-, 2-, and 3 bedroom apartment units and 3-bedroom penthouse units with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide dramatic views of Millennium Park and the Magnificent Mile, including 20,860 sf of shared amenity spaces on the 4th, 18th, and 19th floors. Amenities include an indoor pool and spa, fitness center, clubroom, co-working spaces, private dining, and dog run.
