The Terrapin Row project is a 418-unit 1,493-bed new student housing complex adjacent to the University of Maryland. The project replaces 148 beds and brings an additional 1,345 beds to the market. The complex is comprised of three buildings with both apartment-style units and townhomes. Building A contains all apartment-style units and the majority of the development’s robust amenity package. Buildings B and C are both a mix of apartment-style homes and townhomes. A new precast 478-stall parking structure is connected to Building B for both residential and retail parking.
