Luke Carnahan / Project Manager

Luke Carnahan is a Registered Architect, licensed in three states, and brings over 13 years of experience in both architectural documentation and construction management. Luke serves as Project Manager at 3RE, overseeing a portfolio of multifamily and industrial projects.

Prior to joining 3RE, Luke spent seven years gaining experience as both Project Manager and Site Superintendent for General Contractors Shawmut Construction in New York City and Character Built in Denver. While serving in those positions, Luke’s responsibilities included BIM coordination, installation quality assurance, schedule and budget management, contract negotiation, buyout, permitting, and project closeout. During this time, Luke was responsible for overseeing teams of varying sizes and delivered several high-end hospitality and residential projects with a focus on adaptive reuse. Before his foray into construction management, Luke practiced architecture for six years with Lubrano Ciavarra Architects and SHoP Architects, both in New York City. As an architect, Luke was responsible for design documentation and construction administration on a variety of project types including high-end residential, office, institutional, and retail.

Luke earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University, where he won the Luther Gifford Prize for highest academic standing in architecture. He also holds a LEED Accredited Professional certificate in addition to being a Sustainable Homes Professional. Luke is based in Denver, Colorado.

Anthony Chambliss / Senior Project Manager

Anthony Chambliss is a Registered Architect with over 14 years of experience in project management, documentation, and construction administration. Anthony serves as Senior Project Manager where his portfolio includes multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, and senior living projects.

Previously, Anthony was a Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager for nine years at Sixthriver Architects, a commercial architecture and interior design firm in Austin, Texas. During his time there, Anthony gained considerable experience in a wide variety of product types including medical and commercial office, industrial, educational, multifamily, and student housing. He was directly involved with preliminary planning, permitting, construction documentation, bidding, construction administration, and close out throughout his tenure. As part of the senior leadership at Sixthriver, Anthony was also responsible for reviewing internal procedures, profitability, and workloads.

Prior to joining Sixthriver Architects, Anthony worked at Pfluger and Associates while attending Texas Tech University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture with an emphasis on Historic Preservation. Anthony is based in Austin, Texas.

Sabrina Chin / Senior Project Manager

Sabrina Chin is a Professional Engineer with over 11 years of experience in project management, development, and engineering. Sabrina serves as Senior Project Manager where her portfolio includes multi-family, retail, and large-scale mixed-use developments throughout the Northeast.

Previously, Sabrina was a Senior Project Manager for 5 years at RXR Realty, a real estate owner, investor, operator, and developer based in New York City. During her time there, Sabrina worked on a wide range of projects, including the gut renovation of a waterfront pier for a flagship tech office space; a mixed-use industrial and commercial tower in an Industrial Business Zone; and the entitlements, design, and pre-construction for a super tall tower planned in a dense urban center.

Prior to RXR Realty, Sabrina worked for the New York City Economic Development Corporation and LiRo Engineers, where she gained considerable experience in urban development, and both horizontal and vertical developments, most notably including work on the High Line and a large waterfront re-development with new infrastructure, affordable housing, schools, and parkland.

Sabrina holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Sabrina is based in New York City.

Jordan Cook / Associate Project Manager

Jordan Cook is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 4 years of experience in structural design, project documentation, and construction administration. Jordan is an Associate Project Manager working at all phases of the development life cycle from pre-development, engineering and design, construction, and project close-out.

Prior to joining 3RE, Jordan worked for a structural engineering firm in Austin, Texas. Jordan worked on a variety of asset classes including boutique multi-family, Class-A commercial, hospitality, and aviation projects as a Structural Project Engineer. During his tenure, he engaged directly with other consultants, contractors, and ownership teams through all phases of the project including feasibility studies, schematic design, construction documentation, and construction administration.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas. Jordan is based in Austin, Texas.

Grant Davidson / Project Manager

Grant Davidson serves as Project Manager in the Southeast region working on multifamily, office, and industrial developments. Grant brings to 3RE prior experience in the construction industry. Grant serves clients with a variety of ownership structures and is involved as the primary day-to-day point of contact from due diligence into construction management and through project close-out.

Prior to 3RE Partners, Grant worked as a Senior Project Engineer for a large nationwide general contractor, primarily focused on a multi-phase, hyper-scale data center campus for a global client. In this role, Grant managed many construction trades onsite, oversaw contractor pricing and bid evaluation, managed project cost controls, administered the onsite drone services program, and oversaw sub-job project scheduling and an intricate project close-out process. 

Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with degree credits from the National University of Singapore. Grant is also a credentialed LEED Green Associate. Grant is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

John Delzell / Development Manager

John Delzell serves as Development Manager with over 25 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industries spanning more than 100 projects (nationwide and international) totaling over $2 billion dollars.

Previously, John served as Senior Project Manager for ten years at Project One Integrated Services, an owner’s representative firm located in Denver. John has considerable experience in leading and managing the development and construction processes across a wide variety of asset classes including hospitality, healthcare, office, retail, institutional, educational, and multifamily/mixed-use. He has been directly involved with all aspects of development including project pro forma creation, land acquisition, entitlements, contract negotiation, planning, design, construction, scheduling, leasing, and facility operations.

Prior to Project One Integrated Services, John spent nine years with one of the nation’s largest general contractors, Turner Construction. During this time John gained critical knowledge of all aspects of construction by rotating through all key positions including Project Manager, Project Engineer, Estimator, and Superintendent. While at Turner Construction, John was one of 3 employees selected nationwide to work at Turner Construction’s parent company, Hochtief, a $13 billion dollar per year engineering and construction firm. He spent a year and a half in Essen, Germany working at the Hochtief headquarters and on the construction of a new hockey arena, learning and utilizing the best practices in Europe.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. John is based in Denver, Colorado.

Ami Kern / Director of Operations

Ami Kern serves as Director of Operations with over 9 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries, having served projects nationwide. Ami also leads 3RE’s value-add team, where she works with owners to create the best capital improvement and renovation programs through site, building, and unit upgrades.

Previously, Ami served as an Architectural Associate for LM Consultants, a lender and development consulting firm. Through her work at LMC, Ami gained considerable experience in construction documents and costs, construction quality and scheduling, property condition assessments, and project finances.

Prior to LM Consultants, Ami worked for Worley Parsons as an assistant to the structural engineers for off-shore oil rigs and as an engineering assistant for a mechanical engineering firm in College Station, Texas. During her time at Brazos Valley Engineering she worked on a school renovation creating drawings and interfacing with the consultant team.

Ami holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and a Master of Architecture with an emphasis in Structural Engineering from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Ami is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Jesse Kligman / Project Manager

Jesse Kligman serves as Project Manager where he is engaged in several nationwide projects, working at all phases of the development life cycle from pre-development and due diligence to engineering and design, through to the construction phase and project close-out.

Prior to joining 3RE, Jesse worked for a real estate development firm in New York City where his focuses were luxury residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects.

Jesse holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, as well as a Master of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. Jesse is based in New York City.

Clinton Sharpe, Jr. / Project Manager

Clinton Sharpe, Jr. serves as Project Manager with over 12 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries. Clinton’s portfolio includes multi-family and industrial projects throughout the Southeast and Midwest.

Prior to joining 3RE, Clinton was a Senior Project Manager of Capital Projects & Renovations with Davidson Hospitality Group. At Davidson, Clinton managed large-scale Capex and renovation projects for full-service hotels through all phase of development and construction from design team selection, budgeting, and scheduling, to permitting, construction, and closeout.

Previously, Clinton was a Project Manager with Fulcrum, a real estate and construction intelligence and risk management firm. Clinton worked on projects of various asset classes including large shell warehouse facilities, retail shell projects, high-rise, mid-rise and garden style multifamily projects, hospitality, senior living and healthcare facilities, and office tenant fit-outs. At Fulcrum, Clinton gained a lot of experience in reviewing development and construction budgets, contracts, drawings and specs, construction schedules, and third-party due diligence reports.

Clinton holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia, as well as a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Clinton is also an accredited LEED AP BD+C. Clinton is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jenny Shields / Administrative Manager

Jenny Shields serves as Administrative Manager with over 17 years of experience in the administrative world as both an Executive Assistant and a Production Assistant. Jenny is responsible for coordinating a variety of activities across the company while interfacing with the internal team, all external project teams, and clients.

Previously, Jenny worked in the television and film industries in the production and art design & direction departments. She was responsible for coordinating logistics, communication across multiple departments, creating and maintaining budgets, as well as an array of office management responsibilities.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies from Hunter College. Jenny is based in Austin, Texas.
