Bennett Talsky has more than 36 years of superintendent, project management, and construction management experience in southern California. As Construction Manager, Bennett has completed several large-scale mixed-use multifamily projects.
Previously, Bennett was providing project management services at Continental Development Corporation, a real estate development and construction firm located in southern California. Prior to joining CDC, Bennett was a Senior Superintendent with Swinerton Builders where he was responsible for all on-site construction activity and managing a working relationship with subcontractors, architects, owners, and city building departments.
Bennett’s start in construction began while growing up on Catalina Island working with his brother at Talsky Construction. Bennett went on to complete the Carpenters Apprenticeship Program and holds a degree in Carpentry from the Long Beach City College. Bennett received his college education at Santa Monica City College and Los Angeles City College in their Business Management Program. Bennett is based in Los Angeles, California.
