Craig Steele is a Registered Architect with over 25 years of experience in design, construction management, and owner representation for large-scale mixed-use, residential, and cultural projects. Craig serves as Senior Project Manager at 3RE, primarily focused on a large-scale hotel, resort, convention center project.
Prior to joining 3RE, Craig was a Preconstruction Manager for Tuner Construction where his responsibilities included coordination and oversight of the preconstruction team, including planning and leading the preconstruction strategy for projects and evaluating and reviewing project risk factors with senior leadership. Craig was also responsible for creating detailed schedules and monthly cost analysis, reviewing document progress and coordination, and building and maintaining subcontractor and vendor relationships.
Previously, Craig was an Owner Representative for the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach, Florida for their $100MM multi-phase expansion. In this role, Craig provided overall
leadership and direction on project team performance, led contract negotiations and compliance,
and performed schedule and budget management for all phases and aspects of project. Craig’s career began as an Architect, where he spent 18 years working as a Senior Architect and Project Manager on several muti-phase masterplan developments, museums, resorts, retail, and residential projects.
Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Boston Architectural College. Craig is based in San Diego, California.
