Meishi serves as Associate Project Manager, engaged in a variety of projects throughout the eastern region, including high-rise multifamily, garden-style multifamily, and industrial assets. Meishi is involved in project activities spanning from due diligence through close out.
Previously, Meishi worked for a NYC based developer where she was engaged in all phases of the real estate investment and development life cycle: acquisition, pre-development, engineering and design, construction, and project close out. She actively assisted the team in deploying $100MM equity in a joint-venture fund.
Prior to that, Meishi worked for the New York City Economic Development Corporation and Avison Young, where she gained valuable experience in underwriting and public private developments. Meishi has successfully assisted in two Uniform Land Use Review Procedures (“ULURP”) in New York City.
Meishi holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Meishi is based in New York City.
