Luke Carnahan is a Registered Architect, licensed in three states, and brings over 13 years of experience in both architectural documentation and construction management. Luke serves as Project Manager at 3RE, overseeing a portfolio of multifamily and industrial projects.
Prior to joining 3RE, Luke spent seven years gaining experience as both Project Manager and Site Superintendent for General Contractors Shawmut Construction in New York City and Character Built in Denver. While serving in those positions, Luke’s responsibilities included BIM coordination, installation quality assurance, schedule and budget management, contract negotiation, buyout, permitting, and project closeout. During this time, Luke was responsible for overseeing teams of varying sizes and delivered several high-end hospitality and residential projects with a focus on adaptive reuse. Before his foray into construction management, Luke practiced architecture for six years with Lubrano Ciavarra Architects and SHoP Architects, both in New York City. As an architect, Luke was responsible for design documentation and construction administration on a variety of project types including high-end residential, office, institutional, and retail.
Luke earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University, where he won the Luther Gifford Prize for highest academic standing in architecture. He also holds a LEED Accredited Professional certificate in addition to being a Sustainable Homes Professional. Luke is based in Denver, Colorado.
